Easter in California

For Easter this year, we went to my Aunt Kristy's house.  There was a really big turn out this year, and we got to see family we hadn't seen in a while.

Spring Break in California

For Spring break this year we took a trip down to California to visit family.  While we were there we went to a barbeque at Hector's Aunt and Uncle's house in Chula Vista.

Louis and Alice were so excited to meet their cousin Tyson.

The Lion Side of March

We had some blustery weather this past weekend, and Alice and Hector made the most of it with some kite flying.

Alice did a really good job flying the kite...

until the neighbor's tree ate it.

Alice the Koala

This weekend Alice climbed into our hibiscus bush and pretended to be a koala. 

I tried to get her to say cheese for the camera, but she informed me that koalas do not smile.

Playing Basketball

One of my co-workers very generously gave Louis his old basketball hoop recently.  Luckily the weather has been very nice, and Louis has already been able to use it a bunch.
