4 Years Old!

Louis turned four years old. His birthday was on Labor day. Katherine's brother Alex was visiting us before he leaves for Germany (have fun Alex!). We had a small birthday party for Louis at home. He and I made our very first cake. It kind of fell apart on us but Louis loved it and it was delicious. Louis got lots of presents and he couldn't decide which one was his favorite. If you're wondering about the glasses, all the Toy Story party stuff was in 3-D. What will they think of next?

Summer Fun!

Well the weather here in Vancouver already feels like Fall. But here a few pictures of the fun Louis had this summer. As you can see he really likes his small swimming pool.

The Clark County Fair

Here are bunch of photos of our visit to the fair. Louis had lots of fun checking everything out. He even got to ride a few of the rides this year. He was a bit upset he couldn't go on the Ferris wheel but by next summer he'll be tall enough. More summer pictures soon.

More vacation pics!

Here are a few pictures of what I missed after I had to leave CA. Janet, Brian, Katherine, and Louis had lots of fun making smores one night. They also went to a Quakes baseball game. Louis' first! Katherine also picked up her brother Alex and they spent some time in Santa Monica. We had a blast. Sorry if we couldn't visit everyone but we'll be down again soon.

Too short visit to CA

Thanks to Janet and Brian, we flew down to CA for a short stay. We were able to attend Grandma Alice's 80th birthday party in Fullerton. We were also able to visit my parents, and Ali and Jackie came to visit with their boyfriends. I had to fly home early but Katherine and Louis stayed another few days. More photos soon.
