Happy Birthday Alice, Hector, and Alex!

After we got back from California, Hector's sister, Angie, was nice enough to have a birthday party at her house for Alice, Hector, and Alex (Hector's dad).  There sure are a lot of April birthdays! 

The weather was perfect for some outdoor fun.

There was cake and the house was decorated with streamers and balloons (that I somehow managed to forget to take a picture of).

Even though it was all of their birthdays, Alice got to blow out the candles.

Return to the Living Desert

When we were in California we took another trip to the Living Desert Zoo in Palm Desert.  It is becoming one of our favorite destinations.

The zoo keeper called one of the giraffes over just for Alice.
