It has finally stopped raining!

That's right, it has finally stopped raining here in Vancouver, WA. We've had a horrible past few weeks with rainy day after rainy day. Now the sun is out and we can enjoy our backyard. We've got some beautiful roses. The apple tree (we think it's an apple tree) has some new fruit and we even have a few blueberries. It's time to stock up on some natural vitamin D!

Louis being Louis.

This whole move hasn't fazed Louis at all. He loves the backyard. He got a new sandbox which is cool. He also had lots of fun playing with a moving box. We used chalk to draw tires and headlights and make it a race car. Louis had a blast. We also visited the local Fire Station for its open house. Louis said he wants to be a fireman. So here's a bunch of photos of Louis just being Louis.

These next photos show the downstairs family room (Louis' Room), the computer area, my man cave room, Katie's craft room, laundry room, and the attic room which is our bedroom. We still can't believe how fast it all happened. Now the question is who will be the first to visit us? Hmmmm.....

New Home!

You may or may not know by now that Katherine and I just bought our first home. We love it. This past weekend we moved in. It was a lot of work but thankfully some friends of ours watched Louis all day for us, so that was really helpful.
