Tall Ships

Another day while Katie's parents were visiting we went to visit the Lady Washington which was docked in Vancouver for a few days. It is Washington State's official ship. It was in the Pirate of the Caribbean movie. It looked pretty big until you stepped on board. So much rope.

OZ Lights

I've fallen behind with the postings, but here are a few photos from our trip to the Oregon Zoo for their annual Zoo Lights event. They cover almost the whole Zoo with Christmas lights. It was really nice but very cold out. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Christmas Lights and Tree

While Katherine's parents were visiting during Thanksgiving weekend we put up our Christmas lights and went to a tree farm to find the perfect tree. The lights went up pretty fast except for the time everyone was inside and I was trapped on the roof. I had to get the next door neighbor to call someone for me.
The tree farm was really cool, they had a great operation and tons of trees. We found the perfect tree, cut it down, and set it up. Louis wanted one of the puppies that were running around but it isn't time for a dog yet. As you can see, Louis was very tired after all the excitement. Katherine set up the tree and it looks great.
